Proforma revenue for the first half of 2026, including the February TubeBuddy acquisition, is projected at $34.3 million, up 125% year-over-year, and the company reaffirms 2026 guidance of $85–90 million in revenue, 35–40% gross margin and over $5 million in adjusted EBITDA based on a strengthening pipeline.
3. Platform Momentum and Acquisitions
GameSquare’s end-to-end platform is attracting brands, publishers and creators, with the Click Media acquisition boosting creator deployment revenue to approximately $5 million in H1; IP initiatives like Into the Zone and Roblox Creator Showdown have generated $5.5 million to date, illustrating its land-and-expand strategy.
