Garden Stage appoints Ong Chor Wei Alan, Cheung Yick Hung Jackie to board after director resignations
GSIW•Garden Stage accepted the resignations of independent directors Sheung Chi Steven Wu, effective Sept. 22, 2026, and Kevin Guan, effective Oct. 1, 2026, and appointed Ong Chor Wei Alan and Cheung Yick Hung Jackie to its board.
1. Board appointments
Ong joined the board to fill a vacancy and was named audit committee chair, joining the nominating and compensation committees. Cheung joined the board and was named nominating committee chair, joining the audit and compensation committees. Ong has more than 30 years of finance experience, including executive director roles at Net Pacific Financial Holdings; Cheung has more than 10 years of insurance experience and is a manager at AIA International.
