GDEV•GDEV expects to repurchase 56,830 ordinary shares at USD 11.03 each in a self-tender offer, for an estimated cash outlay of USD 626,800 excluding fees.
1. Tender offer details
GDEV expects the repurchase to equal about 0.3% of shares outstanding when the offer launched on Aug. 31, 2026. After settlement, its share count is expected to be near 18.1 million, and the repurchased shares will be held as treasury shares.
