GEV•Service agreement covers five gas turbines in Egypt
GE Vernova signed a services agreement to provide Rotor Life Extension work for five 9F gas turbines in Egypt.
The contract was made with EEHC affiliates UEEPC, MDEPC and CEPC, and was endorsed by EEHC.
The scope targets turbines at Kureimat, Nubaria and Cairo North, with about 1,250 MW of combined capacity.
The work is aimed at extending operating life by 13 to 15 years, with service execution scheduled for 2028 to 2035.
