Gemini signs distribution deal with Apex
Gemini Space Station signed a letter of intent with Apex Fintech Solutions to distribute Gemini’s CFTC-regulated crypto event contracts via Apex’s FCM.
Gemini Titan would serve as the exclusive regulated venue for execution and clearing of those contracts for Apex’s brokerage customers.
The deal positions Gemini as the sole CFTC-regulated crypto prediction-market venue available through Apex’s FCM distribution network.
