On June 29, Glo Fiber reached its 100,000th connected fiber broadband customer, reflecting accelerating uptake across its service areas in Virginia and neighboring states.

The platform leverages Shenandoah Telecommunications’ 19,400-mile fiber network to deliver next-generation fiber-to-the-home access, now available to more than 449,000 homes and businesses in eight contiguous Eastern states.

Glo Fiber’s XGS-PON technology supports symmetrical upload and download speeds up to 8 Gbps, complemented by digital phone, live streaming video and integrated Wi-Fi solutions for residential and commercial users.
