Golar LNG reported Q4 2025 net income of $10.4 million, up 130%, with total operating revenues rising 101% to $132.8 million and adjusted EBITDA climbing 54% to $91.0 million. Full-year revenues grew 51% to $393.5 million, while Adjusted EBITDA reached $264.6 million.

Golar LNG achieved net income attributable of $10.4 million in Q4 2025 versus $4.5 million a year earlier, marking a 130% increase. Total operating revenues more than doubled to $132.8 million and adjusted EBITDA rose 54% to $91.0 million, while the company’s share of contractual debt reached $2.73 billion.

2. Full-Year 2025 Performance

For the full year, Golar reported net income of $65.7 million, up 29% from $50.8 million, on revenues of $393.5 million, a 51% increase. Adjusted EBITDA increased 10% to $264.6 million, reflecting the impact of higher liquefaction and lease revenues.

3. Operational Highlights

The FLNG Hilli unit exceeded its 2025 production target, while FLNG Gimi overproduced committed volumes and frequently surpassed nameplate capacity in Q4. Construction of the MKII FLNG remains on time and budget, and all conditions were met for a 20-year contract with Argentina’s Southern Energy S.A.

4. Financing and Shareholder Actions

Golar closed and drew $1.2 billion under the Gimi bank facility and issued $500 million of 7.50% five-year senior notes. The company repaid $190 million of maturing bonds, held $1.2 billion in cash, repurchased 1.1 million shares at $37.76 each with $109 million remaining under its buyback program, and declared a $0.25 quarterly dividend.
