Piper Sandler called the favorable votes positive for Galleri's regulatory path but said divided votes on effectiveness and benefit-risk highlighted concerns about clinical benefit. It expects an FDA decision in the first half of 2027 and said federal health insurance coverage is a larger gate to broad adoption. RBC Capital Markets said Galleri's progress is a tailwind for the multi-cancer detection category, while TD Cowen described the safety view as “stellar” and effectiveness as “a closer call (and biased positive).”
