Heidmar Maritime Acquires Nine Vessels for $0.2M, Enters Netherlands and Turkey
HMR•Heidmar Maritime acquired Q-Shipping B.V. for approximately $0.2 million, adding nine vessels and establishing operations in the Netherlands, Turkey and Ukraine. The transaction increases its managed fleet to about 50 commercial and 16 technical vessels, immediately boosting management fee revenue.

Heidmar Maritime completed the purchase of Q-Shipping B.V. effective July 1, funding the $0.2 million deal with cash on hand and adding nine vessels without any remaining regulatory conditions.
2. Fleet and Revenue Impact
Post-acquisition, the company manages about 50 vessels under commercial management and 16 under technical management, making the transaction immediately accretive to its management fee revenue under an asset-light strategy.
3. Geographic Expansion
The acquisition establishes operations in the Netherlands and Turkey and adds a dedicated crewing capability in Ukraine, positioning Heidmar closer to key maritime hubs and enhancing access to seafaring talent.
