Helport AI and QuickCEP Launch AI Agent Solution, Plans 50-Client Onboarding

HPAIHPAI

Helport AI partnered with QuickCEP to integrate its industrial-scale AI Labor System with QuickCEP’s omnichannel customer service SaaS, launching a fully managed AI agent solution that’s already onboarded initial clients and targets early Q2 2026 revenue. Helport expects to add 50 enterprise customers in six months.

1. Partnership Overview

Helport AI and QuickCEP have formed a strategic alliance to co-develop a one-stop, fully managed AI agent solution for global brands and cross-border e-commerce enterprises. The partnership merges Helport AI’s proprietary AI Labor System—an industrial-scale engine delivering AI workforce capacity—with QuickCEP’s omni-channel customer service SaaS platform to offer end-to-end deployment, knowledge training and outcome-based commercial models.

2. Revenue and Client Onboarding

Cooperation is already underway with initial customers onboarded and early-stage revenue slated for the second quarter of 2026. Based on the existing sales pipeline, Helport AI expects to secure approximately 50 enterprise clients through this partnership over the next six months and is expanding global deployment teams to meet rising demand.

3. Outcome-Based AI Labor System

Helport AI’s AI Labor System transforms enterprise communication workflows into a scalable, outcome-based utility, where clients pay per qualified lead, appointment, conversion or revenue share. This model aligns incentives, reduces adoption risk and enables non-linear revenue growth tied to outcome volume and knowledge reuse rather than headcount.

4. Global Multilingual Delivery Network

This alliance supports Helport AI’s multilingual delivery network, spanning hubs in San Diego (global headquarters), Manila (English operations), Mexico City (Spanish operations), Bangkok (Thai operations), Jakarta (Bahasa operations) and Singapore (Asia-Pacific strategic partner hub) to serve enterprise clients worldwide.
