The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions, after which Olaplex will be delisted from the Nasdaq.

4. Advent International Exit

Private-equity firm Advent International plans to exit its stake in Olaplex as part of the deal, realizing its investment proceeds upon closing.
