The milestone followed equity closes for Hercules Evergreen Fund, a perpetual open-end vehicle, and Hercules Growth Lending IV, a closed-end partnership.
The capital base also expanded through a rated securitization, broadening the adviser’s institutional private credit platform.
The platform now includes a perpetual open-end fund, a rated note investment vehicle, and multiple closed-end private credit vehicles.
Combined with the BDC, the firm manages about $6.1 billion in assets as of June 30, 2026.
