- Issued 12,955 new ordinary shares for employee share awards under the HSBC Share Plan 2011 at GBP 15.15.
- Cancelled 850,000 ordinary shares repurchased in the UK at GBP 15.36, cutting issued shares to 17,177,066,797.
- Reported additional repurchases for cancellation not yet cancelled: 3,000,000 shares in the UK and 370,400 shares in Hong Kong.
