IBM acquires UK cybersecurity consultancy Logiq Consulting
IBM•IBM agreed to acquire UK cybersecurity consultancy Logiq Consulting to expand its secure digital transformation and sovereign technology services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
1. UK cybersecurity services
Logiq focuses on regulated UK defence, critical national infrastructure and public sector clients. The acquisition adds Secure by Design and cybersecurity assurance capabilities to IBM Consulting’s UK offering, and brings DISX, a managed sovereign collaboration platform for secure information exchange with UK government and defence organisations. Financial terms were not disclosed.
