IHG signed a franchise agreement with Morina Development & Investment to open Cantonal Hotel Riyadh Noted Collection by IHG in Saudi Arabia.
The deal marks the first Noted Collection property in the Middle East for IHG’s premium conversion-led brand, launched as its 21st flag.
The 107-key hotel in Riyadh’s Al Olaya district is expected to open by the end of 2026 following a conversion.
IHG has 48 operating hotels in Saudi Arabia, with 62 more in its development pipeline.
