Immunocore publishes presentation on Phase 1 brenetafusp study in metastatic uveal melanoma

The first-line combination cohort of 17 patients achieved a 29% response rate and median progression-free survival of 8.1 months. Two-year overall survival was 70%, with median survival follow-up of 29 months. The combination showed no new safety signals, and no treatment-related adverse events caused discontinuation or death in either treatment group.
2. Further evaluation planned
The findings support further evaluation in DUET-UVEAL, a randomized Phase 2/3 study in planning.
