Immunocore reached target enrollment of 540 patients in the Phase 3 TEBE-AM trial of KIMMTRAK in previously treated advanced melanoma.
The study evaluates tebentafusp alone or with pembrolizumab versus investigator’s choice in HLA-A 02:01-positive patients whose disease progressed post-PD-1 therapy.
Results have not been presented; topline overall survival data are expected as early as end-2026.
The milestone keeps the program on track for a potential new option in a setting with limited therapies, supporting a larger commercial opportunity.
