InfraRed agreed to acquire New Zealand-based port logistics and materials handling business C3 from Brookfield. C3 operates 15 port and inland sites across New Zealand and Australia, handles about half of New Zealand’s log exports—representing about NZ$3.4 billion in annual export revenue—and handles about 50% of containers at the Port of Tauranga. InfraRed plans to invest to expand C3’s port footprint and logistics capabilities across the value chain.
