ING Capital LLC is serving as the lead lender for the construction financing of Alexandria Crossing, providing capital for the development of a seven-story, 385-unit luxury apartment community in Alexandria, Virginia.
2. Project Scope and Design
Alexandria Crossing will feature 385 apartment homes across seven stories, with unit sizes ranging from 398 to 1,378 square feet and diverse floor plans from studios to three-bedroom residences, all engineered to meet National Green Building Standard (NGBS) Gold Certification.
3. Additional Residential Expansion
The broader master plan includes a Lennar-led for-sale component with 44 two-over-two townhomes—each styled as four-level houses internally split into two residences—and 33 traditional for-sale townhomes.
4. Connectivity and Amenities
The development fronts US Route 1, sits 0.8 miles from the Huntington Metro Station and adjacent to a future BRT stop, and will offer resort-style courtyards, fitness center, clubhouse, business center, dog park/spa and 0.62 acres of public green space.
