INNIO completes acquisition of Enerflex APAC aftermarket operations
EFX•INNIO completed its acquisition of Enerflex’s aftermarket operations in Australia, Thailand and Indonesia, adding service locations, workshops, offices, local employees and long-term service agreements with regional oil and gas customers.
1. Regional service expansion
The acquired operations span eight locations and include an installed base with long-term service agreements with major regional oil and gas customers. INNIO said the transaction aims to increase local service capacity and improve customer proximity across Asia-Pacific.
