1. Phase 1b findings
Innovent Biologics announced that results presented at ESMO showed IBI363/TAK-928 combined with bevacizumab significantly reduced the risk of disease progression or death versus docetaxel in immunotherapy-resistant lung adenocarcinoma; the reported reduction was 60%. Overall survival remained immature. First-line chemotherapy combinations showed antitumor activity in lung cancer with low or negative PD-L1 expression and HER2-negative gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer. Safety was described as manageable, with no new safety signals. A global Phase 3 monotherapy trial remains underway, with first-line randomized testing ongoing in lung cancer and planned for gastric cancer.
