Inseego completes acquisition of Nokia fixed wireless access business

Nokia received about an 11% stake through roughly 1.9 million Inseego shares tied to a $10 million cash investment, plus warrants for up to about 800,000 shares at $4.26 each.

Inseego completed the acquisition of Nokia’s fixed wireless access business, which adds indoor, outdoor and millimeter-wave products and is expected to roughly double revenue. Nokia received about an 11% stake through roughly 1.9 million Inseego common shares tied to a $10 million cash investment, along with warrants for up to about 800,000 shares at an exercise price of $4.26 per share. Nokia is set to pay an additional $10 million by Oct. 15, 2026, to support interoperability engineering work.
