1. Creation of CTO Role and Elavia Appointment

Integra has established its first chief technology officer position by naming Teshtar Elavia as corporate vice president and CTO. Elavia will align R&D priorities with corporate strategy, accelerate product development programs and expand the innovation pipeline across imaging, navigation and minimally invasive surgery, leveraging over 20 years of leadership in MedTech firms.

2. Hutchinson to Lead Legal, Compliance and ESG Functions

Michael Hutchinson assumes the role of executive vice president, chief legal officer and secretary, overseeing global legal affairs, compliance and ESG initiatives. He brings more than two decades of experience in complex litigation, corporate governance and risk management, having led over 80 acquisitions and integrations at leading medical technology companies.

3. DiPietro to Strengthen Global Quality Management

Kerri DiPietro takes on the role of corporate vice president and chief quality officer, charged with executing the enterprise-wide Compliance Master Plan and harmonizing the global quality management system. Her background includes senior quality leadership at Haemonetics and Boston Scientific, where she drove major improvements in design assurance, supplier quality and regulatory compliance.
