Integra Resources Buys 6,600-Acre Idaho Ranch for $12.5M to De-Risk DeLamar Project
Integra Resources paid $12.5 million for a 6,600-acre ranch adjacent to its DeLamar Project, including deeded land, a BLM grazing permit and Idaho State leases to consolidate surface and water rights. The acquisition aims to extinguish easements, secure mitigation habitat and streamline permitting before construction.
1. Acquisition Details
Integra Resources acquired a contiguous 6,600-acre ranch in Owyhee County, Idaho, for $12.5 million to support its DeLamar Project. The purchase includes deeded acreage, a US Bureau of Land Management grazing permit and two Idaho State grazing leases.
2. Strategic Rationale
The land consolidation extinguishes underlying easements and associated payment obligations while securing surface and water rights. It also provides prime mitigation habitat for wetlands and streams, intended to reduce permitting risks and environmental constraints ahead of development.
3. Financing and Project Outlook
Integra funded the transaction with proceeds from its recent $61 million financing, reflecting disciplined capital allocation. A late-2025 feasibility study projects a 10-year open-pit heap leach operation yielding 1.1 million ounces gold equivalent, or 106,000 ounces annually.
