Intellia Therapeutics to present nex-z clinical data at AHA and ISA meetings
NTLA•Intellia Therapeutics plans to present Phase 1 nex-z data at the American Heart Association Scientific Sessions on Nov. 9 and at the International Society of Amyloidosis symposium on Nov. 18, 2026.
1. Upcoming presentations
Intellia Therapeutics will present Phase 1 nex-z data at the American Heart Association Scientific Sessions in Chicago, held Nov. 6-9, 2026. The Nov. 9 presentation will highlight cardiac outcomes after a single dose in patients with hereditary transthyretin amyloidosis, polyneuropathy and cardiac involvement.
2. Long-term follow-up
At the International Society of Amyloidosis symposium in Montevideo, Uruguay, scheduled for Nov. 15-18, Intellia will present up to four years of follow-up data on patients with hereditary transthyretin amyloidosis with polyneuropathy on Nov. 18.
