Intuitive Machines’ subsidiary Lanteris Space Systems received an award from L3Harris Technologies to design, build and deliver 18 next-generation spacecraft platforms for the Space Development Agency’s Tranche 3 Tracking Layer. The 18 satellites will support real-time tracking of advanced missile threats, including hypersonic and ballistic systems, under the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture. The award underscores the growing urgency for persistent defense capabilities in contested environments.
