VOD•INWIT disputes Fastweb+Vodafone’s planned March 2028 termination of their master services agreement. It says that, if the termination is upheld, a handover would require all sites to be vacated by March 31, 2031, and that no agreement allows Fastweb+Vodafone to remain beyond then.
INWIT disputes Fastweb+Vodafone’s planned March 2028 termination of their master services agreement, which is the subject of ongoing legal proceedings initiated by the operator. INWIT says existing judicial rulings recognize its right to remarket its entire asset portfolio if the termination is deemed valid.
INWIT says the disputed termination would require a handover plan lasting at least three years, with all sites vacated by March 31, 2031. It says no agreement permits Fastweb+Vodafone to remain beyond that deadline, challenging Swisscom’s expectation of tower access during a migration extending to at least 2040.
