James Hardie names Terex CFO Jennifer Kong-Picarello as non-executive director
JHX•James Hardie appointed Terex CFO Jennifer Kong-Picarello as an independent non-executive director, effective Oct. 1, 2026. She is expected to join the board’s Audit Committee in November 2026.
1. Board appointment
Kong-Picarello is Terex’s CFO, overseeing finance, treasury, M&A, enterprise risk, investor relations and internal audit. She previously held CFO roles at Schneider Electric’s Energy Management segment and Honeywell businesses, as well as finance and audit roles at Tyco.
