Jefferies International disclosed crossing above the 5% stake threshold in Ubisoft on July 21, holding 5.61% of capital.
The position equaled 4,375,111 shares, representing 5.18% of voting rights at that date.
As of Aug. 12, Jefferies reported 11,212,530 shares, representing 8.25% of capital and 7.61% of voting rights.
The increase followed an off-market share acquisition.
