1. Agreement Details
KeepZone AI, a subsidiary of Jeffs’ Brands, secured exclusive rights to resell a multi-layered soft-hard kill counter-unmanned aerial systems platform in Mexico through an agreement with a leading aerospace defense developer. The anti-drone solution employs a net-launching mechanism to safely neutralize hostile drones in urban, perimeter and battlefield environments while minimizing collateral damage.
2. Target Customers and Approvals
The exclusive distribution covers approved government and security entities including Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional, Guardia Nacional and Petróleos Mexicanos, subject to required legal and regulatory clearances. KeepZone plans to deploy the C-UAS technology for border protection, critical infrastructure security and law enforcement applications throughout Mexico.
3. Strategic Expansion
This reseller deal builds on prior agreements for AI-based radar threat detection, under-vehicle inspection systems and aerostat solutions in multiple territories. By integrating counter-drone capabilities into its existing AI-driven portfolio, KeepZone aims to establish a comprehensive homeland security ecosystem spanning air, ground and autonomous platforms.
