JLL completed the lease-up of 521 Bergen Avenue, a 55,000-square-foot, six-story redeveloped office property in the South Bronx. It is fully leased to Children's Rescue Fund, JCCA and The Bridge.
2. Tenant expansion
Children's Rescue Fund expanded by 8,648 square feet from an initial lease of approximately 18,000 square feet. 521 Bergen Properties owns the property, which is managed by an affiliate of Rubenstein Partners.
