JPM•JPMorgan Chase plans to expand its Chase digital bank into at least five European countries—including France, Spain and Italy—by end-2030, adding to its existing UK and German operations. The bank has 3 million UK customers, £30 billion deposits since 2021 and spent £233 million on marketing in 2024–25.

Since its 2021 UK debut, Chase has accumulated over 3 million customers and roughly £30 billion in deposits, and entered Germany last month as its first retail operation in mainland Europe.
3. Investment and Leadership
The bank allocated £233 million to marketing in 2024–25 and appointed Kunal Malani to oversee its UK business, while Mark O’Donovan leads the broader international consumer banking expansion.
