JPMorgan Chase cut its indirect stake in Soitec below 5% on Aug. 20.
Holding fell to 1,633,706 shares, equal to 4.57% of capital.

Voting rights exposure stood at 3.65%.

Move followed market sales of Soitec shares.

Position includes equity swap exposure to 1,525,133 shares, cash-settled, exercisable through Sept. 2, 2031.
