Julong Holding appoints Shengshan Sun to audit, governance and compensation committees
JLHL•Julong Holding announced Ms. Jinying Wang’s resignation from its audit committee effective June 9, 2026, and appointed Mr. Shengshan Sun as an independent director and member of its audit, nominating and governance, and compensation committees. Mr. Sun brings over 30 years of legal and academic experience at Dalian University and Dalian Criminal Law Research Association.
1. Board Resignation
On June 9, 2026, Ms. Jinying Wang resigned from Julong’s audit committee. Her departure was unrelated to any operational or policy disagreements and reflects only a change in committee assignments.
2. New Director Appointment
The Board named Mr. Shengshan Sun as an independent director and member of the audit, nominating and corporate governance, and compensation committees, effective June 9, 2026. His addition increases the Board to five directors, including two executives and three independents.
3. Professional Background
Mr. Sun has served since October 2020 as standing director and head of academics at the Dalian Criminal Law Research Association. He previously spent nearly 30 years as an associate professor and department head at Dalian University and holds bachelor’s degrees in engineering and law plus a master’s in international law.
4. Committee Structure
Following these changes, the audit committee is chaired by Ms. Yuling Bai with members Mr. Zhaobo Liu and Mr. Sun. The nominating and corporate governance committee is chaired by Mr. Liu, while the compensation committee is chaired by Ms. Bai, each including Mr. Liu and Mr. Sun as members.
