Kala Bio signed a non-binding letter of intent with a U.S. DNA testing platform to resell selected Virotek genomic testing products. The parties expect to name the resellers in coming weeks if talks conclude; Kala would earn a profit split or commission, while Virotek would handle lab operations and order fulfillment.
2. Existing agreement
The move builds on Kala Bio’s Sept. 3, 2026, exclusive U.S. distribution and reseller agreement with Virotek.
