KBR’s Mission Technology Solutions business secured a $510 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a five-year ceiling to support the Office of the Secretary of War’s Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation Joint Data Support Division, employing firm-fixed-price, labor-hour and time-and-materials arrangements.

2. Service Scope and Delivery Sites

Under the contract, KBR will rapidly collect, organize and analyze data on equipment, capabilities, force structure and global deployments to inform senior DoW leaders, with primary performance locations at the Pentagon and in Alexandria, Virginia.

3. Strategic Expansion and Implications

This award marks KBR’s strategic entry into a new mission area within the Office of the Secretary of War, enhancing its defense analytics portfolio, strengthening backlog visibility and accelerating modernization and decision-making processes across critical national security programs.
