Kodiak Sciences said its Phase 3 DAYBREAK trial met its primary endpoint in wet age-related macular degeneration, with Zenkuda and tabirafusp-ted matching aflibercept on vision outcomes at one year. The company said Zenkuda showed rapid disease control with longer dosing intervals for many patients and plans a multi-indication BLA submission in 4Q2026, anchored by five positive Phase 3 studies; detailed DAYBREAK results are scheduled for presentation at a company Webex on Sept. 28, 2026.
