XLE•KPC says it is seeking more ships
SINGAPORE, Sept. 8 (Reuters) - Kuwait Petroleum Corp is in the market to buy more ships, a company executive said on Tuesday, expanding on the fleet it manages now.
"In KPC, we have our own fleet, which we are managing nowadays ... we are in the market to acquire more ships," said the state-owned energy major's managing director for international marketing, Shaikh Khaled Al-Sabah.
Other supply options under consideration
KPC is also looking at options such as pipelines through neighbouring countries and building storage to supply its crude and products to customers amid the U.S.-Iran war.
