1. Expansion of Strategic Collaboration
Kyndryl has expanded its multi-year Strategic Collaboration Agreement with AWS, committing to strengthen its global AWS business and technical team of over 11,000 certified professionals to accelerate the adoption and scaling of agentic AI for mission-critical workloads.
2. Talent Development and Technical Investments
Under the expanded agreement, AWS will invest in Kyndryl’s talent development, joint solution engineering, AI specialization and industry-focused modernization capabilities, equipping teams to deploy AI-driven automation and modernize enterprise IT environments.
3. Co-created AI Modernization Blueprints
The partners will co-develop industry-specific agentic AI modernization blueprints and advanced delivery capabilities, enabling customers to rapidly integrate AI-powered solutions into existing AWS Cloud investments while maximizing value, speed and resilience.
4. Client Success and Industry Focus
Initial collaborations, including a mainframe-to-cloud migration for European tourism firm Alpitour World, demonstrate the practical impact of the alliance, and the expansion will support AWS European Sovereign Cloud initiatives and multiple AWS Competencies across industries.
