Ellen Johnson will join Kyndryl on July 20 and officially assume the role of Chief Financial Officer on August 6. She previously served at Interpublic Group from 2000 to 2025, most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2020 to 2025, and currently sits on Nexstar Media Group’s board.
2. General Counsel Appointment and Background
Andrew Bonzani takes on the position of General Counsel and Secretary effective immediately. He spent 13 years at Interpublic Group, rising to Executive Vice President and General Counsel from 2021 to 2025, and held legal leadership roles at IBM for 18 years.
3. Transition Details and Governance Impact
Interim CFO Harsh Chugh will continue through August 5 to oversee the first-quarter 2027 earnings report and Form 10-Q filing, after which Johnson assumes financial leadership. Mark Ringes, interim General Counsel and Secretary, will return to his position as Deputy General Counsel to support Bonzani’s transition.
