Lam Research Opens 9,200-sq. ft. Boise Facility, Raises Dividend to $0.26

Lam Research opened a 9,200-sq. ft. Boise, Idaho office on February 17 to house about 150 employees for collaborative R&D and high-volume production of Micron Technology’s advanced memory chips. On February 5, its board approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.26 per share, up from $0.23, payable April 8.

1. Boise Facility Launch

On February 17, Lam Research inaugurated a 9,200-sq. ft. office in Boise, Idaho, designed to accommodate approximately 150 local employees. The facility will serve as a hub for collaborative research, development and high-volume manufacturing of advanced memory chips for its major customer, Micron Technology, which is headquartered in Boise.

2. Quarterly Dividend Hike

Lam Research’s board approved a quarterly cash dividend increase to $0.26 per share on February 5, up from $0.23, marking the first raise since September 2025. The dividend will be payable on April 8 to shareholders of record as of March 4.
