LB Pharmaceuticals priced a USD 150 million private placement of common stock and pre-funded warrants with institutional investors.
The deal includes 3,577,560 common shares at USD 34.94 each.
LB Pharmaceuticals is also selling pre-funded warrants for up to 715,513 shares at USD 34.9399 each, with a USD 0.0001 exercise price.
