Lee Enterprises appoints Gregory Hoffmann to board, names him to governance committee
LEE•Lee Enterprises appointed Gregory Hoffmann to its board effective immediately, with a term running through the 2028 annual meeting, and named him to its nominating and corporate governance committee.
1. Board appointment
Hoffmann is co-CEO of Hoffmann Family of Companies, where he leads acquisitions and development, supports operations and oversees the real estate portfolio. He previously worked at Osprey Capital, a Hoffmann family investment vehicle, where he helped nearly double the firm’s size.
