Leidos FY26 Q2 net income falls 9% to $356 million; revenue rises 7% to $4.56 billion

GAAP net income fell 9% to USD 356 million; diluted EPS slipped 7% to USD 2.81.
Non-GAAP diluted EPS rose 2% to USD 3.26, reflecting USD 29 million in acquisition, JV-related and restructuring costs.
Bookings, backlog and outlook
Net bookings totaled USD 4.9 billion for a 1.1 book-to-bill; backlog ended at USD 48.7 billion, including USD 10.2 billion funded.
Leidos raised its FY2026 revenue outlook to USD 18.2-18.4 billion and lifted non-GAAP diluted EPS guidance to USD 12.2-12.5.
