The Formula 1 Group achieved $3.9 billion in annual revenue, up 14%, and $632 million in operating income, up 28%, driven by record attendance of 6.75 million and a 21% rise in live viewership during its 75th anniversary season, and securing the Concorde Agreement with all teams and FIA through 2030.

3. MotoGP Integration and Outlook

Since its acquisition, MotoGP contributed $325 million in revenue, with Liberty Media planning to expand its commercial functions, add new race locations, and sustain Formula 1’s global momentum throughout 2026.
