Lichen International sells Bondly education unit for one Hong Kong dollar
LICN•Lichen International agreed to sell Bondly Enterprises and its mainland subsidiary to an unaffiliated buyer for HKD 1, citing significant losses and negative shareholders’ equity as of Aug. 31, 2026.
1. Sale of Bondly
Lichen International reached a deal to sell its Hong Kong unit Bondly Enterprises to an unaffiliated buyer for HKD 1. The disposal includes Bondly’s wholly owned mainland subsidiary, Xiamen Bondly Management and Consulting, which operates a professional education business. The group said the sale is intended to eliminate ongoing losses and refocus resources on its remaining operations.
