1. Exclusive Collaboration and Launch
LifeMD has entered an exclusive co-marketing agreement with Antares Pharma, a Halozyme subsidiary, to launch a direct-to-patient XYOSTED telehealth program in July 2026 across 37 states. LifeMD’s affiliated medical group will conduct virtual evaluations and its pharmacy will dispense and ship the FDA-approved weekly testosterone auto-injector.
2. Direct-to-Patient Program Details
Participants will pay a transparent $249 monthly fee covering the pre-filled XYOSTED auto-injector along with all clinical services, including virtual consultations, laboratory testing, dose management, and refill support. The once-weekly subcutaneous injection demonstrated a 99.4% pain-free rate in its pivotal clinical trial.
3. Market Opportunity and Expansion Plans
Testosterone deficiency affects millions of men who often face fragmented care and unpredictable costs, presenting a sizeable telehealth market opportunity. The companies plan joint consumer education campaigns and aim to expand the program to include insurance billing and additional states as telehealth prescribing regulations permit.
