On February 12, Roth Capital lowered its price target to $174 from $176 and maintained a Buy rating, citing capital inflows into live-event businesses seen as resistant to AI disruption and reduced DOJ antitrust lawsuit concerns. The firm noted that sustained momentum will hinge on management guiding to double-digit operating income growth in 2026.

2. ForumNet Group Acquisition

On February 3, Live Nation signed an agreement to acquire ForumNet Group from Bastogi S.p.A., with the transaction expected to close in April 2026 subject to customary conditions. The deal centers on Unipol Forum arena hosting approximately 2 million fans annually, and also includes Teatro Repower and the open-air venue Carroponte, with plans for facility, artist production and carbon-reducing sustainability upgrades.
