In Q4, revenue reached $18.9 million, Audio adjusted EBITDA was $2.4 million and overall adjusted EBITDA totaled $0.3 million.

Management increased fiscal 2027 revenue guidance to $85–$95 million and projected adjusted EBITDA of $8–$10 million, excluding corporate overhead. The uplift reflects confidence in platform scalability and ongoing momentum in the Audio Division.
