U.S. entertainment operator Lucky Strike Entertainment's LUCK.N shares shed more than 9% to $6.08 in premarket trading.
The company posted Q4 revenue of $303.9 million, lower than analysts' average estimate of $312.35 million, according to data compiled by LSEG.
LUCK said Q4 results were impacted by a World Cup-related drop in attendance in June.
Six of 11 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher, four rate it "hold" and one rates it "sell" or lower; their median price target is $90, according to LSEG data.
